Construction is finished on our third home built in Silver Leaf subdivision in northern Allen County. Like the majority of the projects we’re asked to participate in, the owners were referred to us by a satisfied past customer.
This home, designed by Lynn, has 3,646 sq. ft. of living area on two levels. There are 3 bedrooms, including the owner’s suite, on the main floor with an addition bedroom on the 2nd floor. The secondary bedrooms on the main floor are served by a Jack & Jill bath while the bedroom on the 2nd floor has its own full bath.
The focal point of the home is the expansive open area that encompasses the great room, kitchen and dining room. A covered porch overlooking a pond in the rear is accessed from the dining room as well as the owner’s suite. A den located off of the foyer is convenient for more formal visits and a bonus room on the 2nd floor offers a more relaxed entertaining area with a mini bar located there.
There is a mud room as well, with cubbies and a walk-in coat closet that serves as the private entry off of the split 4-car garage. The laundry room is conveniently located near the owner’s suite and a powder room is accessible from the main hallway. The custom kitchen includes a huge island and walk-in pantry.
We are extremely proud of this gorgeous new single-family home and hope the family enjoys all that it has to offer for many years to come.
