Apartment Addition in Northern Allen County

The new owners of a home built by Lynn Delagrange, Inc. several years ago, contacted us to discuss their need for additional space. Initially the idea centered around a free-standing structure with an office over garage space below. Much thought was given to locating the building on the site and it became evident that there were few good options and none seemed perfect. It was then that Lynn tossed out the idea of adding the space directly to the existing home. The owners were very much open to the idea and Lynn was able to come up with an initial design that incorporated a four-car garage with a home office and powder room above. Country French Home Under Construction Near Auburn

Silver Leaf addition is the site of our latest project. The subdivision offers estate sized lots on, what once was, land occupied by Deer Track Golf Course. Along with large building sites, the development's covenants will allow for separate outbuildings. Construction of a 1,100 sq. ft. unattached garage will be included as part of the overall project and the exterior building materials will match the new home. The new home will offer 3,321 sq. ft. of living area on one level. An unconditioned, partially finished attic will be conveniently accessed by a permanent stairway and will supply 500 sq. ft. of storage or future living area if desired. Garage Remodel at Crooked Lake

As the old adage goes, timing is everything. The owners of this property at Crooked Lake were very fortunate to have contacted us about expanding and remodeling the garage when they did. Having just relaxed some of the restrictions in place on garages, changes recently instituted by Steuben County Planning Dept. made this project possible. The owners not only needed a larger space but a higher ceiling in part of it served by a taller overhead door. This area is to allow for an R.V. to be stored inside. Due to tight side-yards the owners also requested the garage to be designed in a way that would allow access to the large rear yard with larger vehicles. Design/Build on Lake James Under Construction

The owners of this incredible lot on Eagle Island, dividing Lake James and Snow Lake, asked us to help them with the design of a home that would do the site justice. With lots of issues such as wetland setbacks and a misaligned road with the platted right-of-way, the lot certainly presented Lynn with design challenges for the home as well as wending our way through the process of getting governmental approvals. The result of the extra effort in design and permitting will be a gorgeous 2,446 sq. ft craftsman style two-story home built on a slab foundation. There will be 3 full baths serving 3 bedrooms. New Residence Under Construction In Allen County

When the existing home on this farmstead in southeast Allen County is razed, it will make way for a new home to be constructed. The owners are graciously allowing the local fire department to perform some drills as part of the demolition. Construction of this 2,919 sq. ft. home will begin shortly after demolition and will consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
