Lynn used a previously built home plan, we call the Willingham, as a design basis for this eclectic two-story constructed in Sorrento addition on Ft. Wayne's north side. Although very similar to the Willingham plan, the main floor was altered slightly to allow for a side-loading garage. The 2nd floor was totally redesigned to allow for an additional bedroom. This four bedroom home includes the master suite on the main floor. A den situated just off of the foyer is perfect for an in-home work space. The daylight basement was insulated and prepared for drywall when the home was completed.

Two-Story on Chestnut Hills Golf Course
Built in Chestnut Hills, a Ft. Wayne subdivision, the Lynn Delagrange designed home features 4 bedrooms with the master suite located on the ground floor. The two story ceiling with expansive window wall in the great room offers spectacular views of the golf course. A unique feature included in this home is a secondary stairway in addition to the formal staircase in the foyer. The secondary stairway provides another option for access to the basement and 2nd floor from the main level. The side-loading 3-car garage contributes to the curb appeal of this lovely home.
New Haven Villa
Designed by Lynn, this villa was constructed in the Ashford Lakes Villaminiums. The home has three bedrooms with one situated in a manner that it can easily double for a den. The sun room in the rear of the home overlooks a beautiful pond setting. The single and double trey ceilings in the kitchen, great room and master bedroom add elegance and spaciousness to those ares. The home is built on a slab but could easily be constructed on a basement. This split-bedroom floor plan is not only ideal as a villa but would work beautifully in a conventional residential setting as well.
Cherry Hill Two-Story
This home is located in the Cherry Hill subdivision in Ft. Wayne. The use of eyebrow gables and arched windows give this house a distinctive appearance, as does the mixed use of stone and stucco on the facade. Exterior grills applied on the front windows give the appearance of true divided-light styling and is a subtle contribution to the overall curb appeal of this home. Under the eyebrow gables, the interior barrel ceilings provide a dramatic touch that is rarely seen in new homes. The two-story ceiling with a full window wall in the great room provide stunning views of the golf course through the wooded rear yard.
New Haven Two Story
This two-story home was built in Barber's Point Addition located south of New Haven. Designed by Lynn, the home has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one bedroom in the finished basement and the master suite is located on the main level. The elevated screened porch is accessed off of the master bedroom and offers a great private get-away. The den is situated to allow for versatility and could very easily be converted to a formal dining room or some other type of room. A secondary stairway from the garage to the basement is a feature that Lynn commonly incorporates into a home and is included in this plan. The customer that this home was built for had previously contracted with us for the construction of another home and a lake cottage remodeling project as well.
