Vacation Home on Syracuse Lake
The characteristics of this homesite on beautiful Syracuse Lake presented not only design challenges but also made the construction of the home extremely difficult. With very narrow access at the road, the lot widens as it approaches the lake, providing a very generous lake yard. Considering the minimum side yard, lake, and street setback requirements, Lynn designed a home that fully satisfies the needs and desires of the owners. The home features 2,675 square feet of living area above grade and 1,105 square feet of living area in the walk-out basement. Of the five bedrooms, two are designed as owner suites. There is a large office above the two-car garage, a large recreation area in the basement, as well as an open kitchen and great room on the main level.
